Hmm -- it seems like there are two ways to go with asexuality. The first would be your suggestion of changing the first bullet to "sexual orientation" and leaving asexuality on its own axis. The second would be to place asexuality on its own bullet, as there are asexual people who also identify as gay, straight, bi, etc. I'm leaning a bit toward the second, which is more complicated but allows for compound identities.
