I'd like it to be open and ongoing, but to start off with some exciting things. A fic/fanworks encouraging type of thing, where people post prompts and then make stuff based on the prompts (an easy one, with no exchanges or assignments or claiming, I'd say). And yes, some way to rec or self-promote older works at least every once in a while would be nice.
