No worries! You basically had the right idea--we just needed some of that info to be posted to the actual comm. It probably sounds a little anal, but the mods really wanted everything easy to search through--and if you tag at your personal journal but not at the comm, your entry would be left out of a search.
As for the header being posted at the comm, we decided, in light of recent fandom discussions about warnings and triggers, to require a header before the link so no one would blindly click onto an uncut journal page thinking "oh this is a gen comm so there will be no possibly harmful content." I ramble, but hopefully that all made sense.
